Useful Energy Balance for Colombia

The project consisted in the elaboration of the methodological proposal, definition of tools, strategies and mechanisms for the collection and validation of information to carry out a first Useful Energy Balance for Colombia, considering the economic quantification of energy losses due to technological absorption, inadequate operating practices and non-diversification of the national energy matrix.
