Public lighting system of the municipality of Cogua – Cundinamarca

The project consisted of structuring and preparing the terms of reference and cost structure in its legal, financial and technical dimensions for the contracting of the public lighting service in its energy supply, operation, maintenance, expansion and modernization components for the municipality of Cogua.
