Procedure for increasing the power limit for autoproducers of energy with residual biomass

The project consisted of the development of (i) a regulation for self-producers of electricity from biomass residues and biofuel by-products and (ii) a practical procedure for the development of a package of forms and terms of reference for the implementation of the regulation by the National Energy Commission.
