The project consists of the construction, installation and implementation of photovoltaic alternative energies for non-interconnected rural homes in the following villages: Cariñal, El tigre, España, Firme Urzola, Italia, La Ceiba, La Mocha, Los Ángeles, Los Cañitos, La Hamaca, Los Planos, Malena, Tres Mujeres, Yolombó, Aguas frías, Alto Firme, El Polvillo, Nutri Arriba, in the municipality of Tiquisio, department of Bolívar.
