Monitoring and control mechanism for the construction of sustainable housing in Colombia

The Triangular Cooperation project between Colombia and Mexico consisted of developing a monitoring and control mechanism for sustainable housing construction that allows the Government of Colombia to evaluate and report on compliance with energy and water saving measures in a simple, transparent and easy-to-understand manner for all stakeholders.

This monitoring and control mechanism functions as a technical instrument to promote regulatory compliance and strengthen the implementation of the Public Policy on Sustainable Construction in Colombia.
