Institutionality of the National Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading Quota Program (PNCTE) and the Mandatory Corporate GHG Emissions Reporting Program (Programa Obligatorio de Reporte de Emisiones Corporativas de GEI)

The project aims to carry out a comprehensive analysis of alternatives that considers the establishment of an entity dedicated to the management and administration of the National Program for Transitable Greenhouse Gas Emission Quotas – PNCTE – and the Mandatory Corporate GHG Emissions Reporting Program, versus the scenario of a management and administration under MinAmbiente and IDEAM, or a hybrid scenario.
